A personal taste of Nuoyan rice wines, including  raw rice wine, sparkling rice wine, flavored rice wines, blended rice wine and aged rice wines.

This alcoholic drink made of polished glutinous rice, Chinese herbal yeast and deep spring water in Fujian China, brings you a refined and tipsy feeling. 

A series of wine house specialties will be introduced to the table and paired with the wine.
