The event is held at a lovely rice wine themed space in a former state owned  factory, located in the Beijing Hutong area near to The Lama Temple and Guijie. 

Learn how to make  "Five Spice Meat Roll" a southern Chinese delicacy and festival food,  learn how to make "Smashed Cucumber " one of the most popular old dishes in China, get to know the most popular Chinese rice wine brand and taste delicious  rice wines.

Enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner with dishes you made and other local specialties.
